Could Arm Pain With Numbness And Tingling For Over Two Weeks And Chest Discomfort During Pregnancy Be Serious?

Greetings, I desperately need advise. For the past two weeks I have been experiencing pain on my arms from the elbow toward my hand and I get this numb tight tingly and painful sensation. It started on my right arm initially then it moved to my left arm. The pain normally kicks in when I am laying on my bed and it s torture then afterward I would have a restless sleep until the morning. I went to see a gp and nothing came of it. Could this be an underlying issue? Can I be pointed towards the right direction? I have started to take disprin cardio as this is safe for my pregnancy. I evn started having discomfort pain on my heart area today. Should I be concerned.
