Could Ashwagandha Help With Persistent Hypothyroid Symptoms Despite Levothyroxine And Normal TSH Levels?

I live in the UK and had my thyroid destroyed with Radio active iodine 45 years ago. I was then put on Levothyroxine but have never felt very well. I am on 100mcg only.and feel hypothyroid,,my GP will only use the TSH test.and not test T3 levels.Would ashwagana help?
