Could Atrial Abnormality Be Due To Regular Intake Of Caffeine?

Sure, recently (within last two weeks) had an EKG test performed for Pre-op testing. I have been drinking approximately 60 ounces of Mountain Dew daily (high Caffeine). Reading on EKG said Probable Left Atrial Abnormality. Never had a bad non-normal EKG previously and have passed 3 stress tests five years apart from each other. Can the Caffeine be causing the non-normal EKG. Surgeon wants a second EKG performed prior to the procedure.
