Could Atrial Fibrillation And Fluttering Of Heart Beat Be Due To Naltrexone?

My husband is normally very healthy but needed to loose weight. His Dr. put him om Contrave an appetite supressent it has naltrexone HCI and bupropion etc. He has now been admitted into the hospital for Afib and flutter. Is this medication the cause?
