Could Atrial Flutter And Low Haemoglobin Levels Be Due To Xeralto?

I am 63 had ablation in Oct 2014. Placed on Xeralto. 20 mg. No bloid sugar is up. Not previously a diabetic. 6 mont g s ago hemoglobin h1c was excellant.. is it the xeralto? Had atrial flutter but gone with the ablation since oct. I want to stop tge xeralto
