Could Auxiliary Lumps And Fibro Adenoma In Breasts A Matter Of Concern?

I have stabbing pain in both breast since last 5 years. On investigation 5 years back they discovered multiple fibroadenoma, First two years there was significant mulitplcation in lumps, but last three years have been similar. Not much change. This year, in additon they found auxilary lumps on both sides. I will see the specialist this week, Is it serious?
