Could Back And Pelvic Pain With Fluid Retention Be Due To Ovarian Cyst?

I have a 10 cm ovarian cyst with back pain, pelvic pain, fluid retention, fatigue and elevated liver enzymes. I have had a CT and a sonogram and they keep saying the tests are inconclusive. Now I m going to see an OBGYN for another sonogram. Do you feel all these symptoms fit with a cyst? Or could there be another problem?
