Could Back, Leg, And Wrist Pain, Shortness Of Breath, Anxiety And Five Day Delay In My Period Be Signs Of Pregnancy?

Hi! I have been trying to get pregnant for about a year now. I haven’t been to the doctor about this yet bc I was just waiting to get pregnant. I’m days late on my cycle and I’m feeling pain in my left lower back, aches in my leg and foot, I have some aches in my right wrist, shortness of breath, bad anxiety, and when I suck in my stomach feels like it’s moving idk if that’s normal or what bc I’m only 5 days late. I was reading online that it’s not pregnancy.. it’s signs of a heart attack, kidney stones, or an ovarian cyst. I took a pregnancy test and it was negative. Idk what’s wrong with me but I just feel like something is different or not right. Can someone help me??
