Could Black And Blue Spots On Chest, Arm And Calf With Blood Blisters In Mouth Be Allergy?

I have small black and blue spots on my chest around the size of a silver dollar and a larger one on my arm and calf. Also little blood blisters in my month. I just came back from being in Florida for two months. Am I having an allergic reaction to something or what? Thanks
