Could Black Spots In Stools Indicate Intestinal Parasites?

Hi there, I am having strange bowel movements lately, recently i have had normal structured fees but with black spots on the surface, all roughly the same size. I know know exactly what this is. Could it been an intestinal parasite? or just undigested grains?
