Could Blackouts Be Due To Nerve Damage And Blood Clots?

I had a farm accident in 1987 I am a aka I fell off a semi trailer and broke my back had a ray cage fussion my left knee is wore out but im to young to have it replaced I wrecked a car 3 years ago broke my left leg my toes and the end of my stump turn blue I was told I have nerve damage or blood clots. in the last 2 mths ive been having black outs was in hospital 3 days ago and don t rember it .they said I even ripped out my iv and was being a asshole ive never blacked out before what could be wrong with me? I don t have a family dr. only have a ortho surgeon. I really becoming afraid of myself. and yes im am a addict but I don t take much meds any more I have pretty good control of it but it does get away from me at times. but I haven t had any meds during or after these black outs
