Could Bladder Infection Be The Cause For Delayed Periods?

i am 26 i have had my tubes tied for 5 years. i am two weeks late, have been sleepin all night and half the day for almost a week now. im cranky and exhausted. i tried to drink alcohol and half the drink made me sick. i took two pregnancy test both came back negative.. i do have a bladder infection could that cause me to be late or should i be worried
