Could Bleeding After Having I Pill Indicate Pregnancy?

hi i had my last periods on 31 st of march and i had unprotected intercourse on 3rd of april next day i took an ipill now it has been a week and now i see i kinda bleeding little is it a side effect of ipill , when ll it go i am worried i hope i m not pregnant ? i am 26 and weight 55 kgs
