Could Bleeding And Tenderness In Abdomen Be Due To Car Wreck?

I was in a car wreck four days ago. I am very bruised up. My seatbelt caught my collarbone and across my lap and managed to make bruises as well. I was sent to ER after wreck by ambulance. Today I have had bleeding, similar to period, but just quit period 8 days ago. Is this from the wreck and do I need to be checked out? I do have swelling, bruising, and tendernedd in my lower abdomen.
