Could Bleeding Be Caused By Steroids Acid And Calcium Tablets?

hi there i had both overies removed 3 yrs ago and this week since monday have been bleeding, I have been taking steriods prescribed by my gp for asthma related illness, I also take an acid tablet for bone strengthing and calcum tablets both gp prescribed do you think that there may be a connection to the bleeding and the medication i have been taking.
