Could Bleeding In Nose Of A Child After A Fall Be A Matter Of Concern ?

Hello, My almost 3 year old toddler fell off his crib. He was crying and his nose bled for a few minutes but after he calmed down he asked to go back to his room and go to sleep because it was the time when he usually takes his naps and I knew he was tired. He fell asleep within a few minutes. Are there any red flags I should look out for? Should I have done more than clean him up and look for any bumps? I am a little worried because it was higher than falling off of a sofa. Your answer will be grately appreciated. Thank you!
