Could Bleeding With Heavy Clots And Pain In Abdomen Be Due To Tumours On Ovary?

I was told I have tumor on my left ovary. I have been bleeding non-stop. I am on the pill. Shouldn't have a period now. It also looks like jelly. The pain is horrible. I am oversea's in Brazil. What is going on with the large masses of jelly looking clots
