Could Bleeding With Pain A Month After Finding Out About The Pregnancy Be A Miscarriage?

Hello doctor, I am one month pregnant I started light bleeding on saturday then went to hospital and was given Duphaston which am taking now. Problem is the bleefimg has increasing and also there is pain. Could this be a miscarriage? Taken a pregnacy test by strip and the 2nd line is extremely faint. I have also lost all pregnancy symptons
