Could Blister Between Swollen Toes With Red Foot Indicate Fungal Infection?

I woke up the other day with a blister between the toe my toes are swollen and hurt real bad and my foot is red and swollen.I also have fibromyalgia and neuropathy the blister between the toe smells bad.could I have a fungus?i am going to call the dr tomorrow thanks
