Could Blister On Abdomen Due To Heat Of The Grill Be A Matter Of Concern?

So I was grilling hamburgers and hotdogs for a very large group of people for about 3-4 hours straight. During this time I noticed my belly was getting really hot due to the heat of the grill. Once I finished grilling, I relaxed for about 20-30 minutes and noticed a pretty big blister on my belly button, but the blister doesn t hurt. Just making sure I m OK. Thank You for your assistance.
