Could Blister On Inner Vaginal Area After Having Sex Be Herpes?

I had sex about a week and a half ago and I just now got this blister on my inner vagina area. I am freaking out. It just came up last night and everytime I go to wipe after using the bathroom it hurts and it also hurt when u wear jeans. Is this some sort of herpes or friction blister that just now popped up?
