Could Blisters On Hands With Itching Be Scabies Or Eczema?

yes we looked up every picture but i have eczema normally and wondered if it can cause clear blisters cuz its on my hands and feet little blisters they itch and burn just like my eczema did. when i went to the hospital they said it was scabies i did the treatment twice which burned like hell but did it anyways but the are not going away could it be eczema
