Could Blited Ovum Be Due To Meprate?

hi Dr I am 36 yrs old .I went to the doctor for tretment of my irregular periods. she gave me meprate for 5 days. but after taking that my periods didn't started so i took pregnency test and it was positive but after 15 days in ultrasound doctor found blited ovam.Was it happened because of Meprate?
