Could Bloating And Abdomen Pain Be Due To Black Pepper?

I had an ulcer several months ago. They gave me medication and took me off black pepper, Since then I have restricted normal black pepper, but yesterday I went back to my old favorite cracked black pepper. Since then I have been bloated, stomach ache and feeling sick. Didn t sleep all night. Help
