Could Bloating Before And After Menstruation Be Premenopausal Symptom?

I am 44 years old with three small fibroids in my lower pelvic area. I did not have a period in December but spotted, then my period came very heavy at the beginning of December. Flood in when I get up,to move around and sometimes at nights. I also have been experiencing pelvic pressure. That is when I discovered the fibroids two years ago. I get bloated sometimes before and after my period. Is this perimenopause?
