Could Blood Clot After A C-section During Intercourse Normal?

i had a c-section and tubal ligation done. I waited six weeks to have sex and did everything by the books. Now I have this weird discharge, it looks like a clear slimy textured substance,kind of like a clear blood clot. I also haven't had my period yet, isthis normal?
