Could Blood In Bowels Be Due To Entocort CR Tablets?

I have been advised by my doctor to take Entocort CR 3mg (9mg daily for the next three months. I have a bleed in my bowel and it is not stopping. I am concerned I may put on weight, or suffer the side affects I read on the information leaflet. Thanks for listening or reading my concern.
