Could Blood In Stools Be Due To Hot Climatic Conditions?

Hi, My friend stays in a tropic place in India. Her body is always over heat. Recently, she is observing blood in her stool. Is this because of heat or could be something else? She doesn t feel any pain but feels little irritation. Her urine is in pale yellow color, which is also an indication of over heat in the body. Please suggest us, what has to be done? Any home remedies or she should consult a doctor?
