Could Blood In Urine Be A Symptom Of Miscarriage?

My period is bright red. I just got my period 2 weeks ago. I went to the bathroom and I was bleeding bright red. I went to the bathroom again like in 5 minutes and my pee came out red. Went to the bathroom after 10 minutes and there is no signs of blood at all. Could this be a sign of miscarriage since I been having unprotected sex for the past 2 months.
