Could Breathlessness, Throwing Up And Diarrhea Be Related To COPD?

hi I m 34 and I was recently diagnosed with several copd last night I woke up in the middle of the night couldn t breathe . I started throwing up the first time it was mucas and looked like blood about the size of a quarter in a couple spots .I then threw up two more time second was good good third was mucas but no blood .then had diarrhea all day but I feel fine is something with copd or should I see my specialist..
