Could Brief Episode Of Dizziness And Nausea Be A Cause For Concern?

I had a brief episode of feeling fuzzy headed and unable to focuse my eyes for a minute or so and mildly nauseous. I had just spent an hour in an aoa class at the y and about to sit down for a late lunch. It didn t last long but I still feel a bit shakey. Does this sound like I need to see my doctor or just get some rest. I am 77 and in good health
