Could Bruised And Bloated Abdomen Be Due To Problem In Liver?

I slipped on stairs outside bc of snow and high heeled boots and slid all the way down on my heels amd ass and eight after my tail bone hurt a bit but then about a half hr to jr later it felt blaoted on the left side loke inside my body and now a day after it hurts and feels bruised and swollen on left side i think thats near my liver or something. Should i be worried its anything serious?
