Could Bruised Nodules On Top Of Feet Be Due To Sarcoidosis?

alright i ll give this a shot. a lot of info to sum up for you.: roughly 5 years ago i went thru excruciating pain in my shoulder blade area as well as having bruised like nodules develop on the top of both feet. I always in a lot of pain. years later my insurance covers all tests imaginable. so i have recently found out that i supposedly have hsv-2. But still i have not to my memory ever had an outbreak as typically described. I also just had an mri of chest and biopsy on the nodules on my feet. mri results said i have a 12mm granuloma that is coincidentally placed in the exact spot that i feel the most pain in on my left shoulder blade. the biopsy hasnt come back but the first thing the dr thought and talked with me about was Sarcoidosis which being auto immune would explain all of my problems . BUT now im wondering if it does come back with me being auto immune could that throw off my blood work that was drawn for the herpes tests?
