Could Bruising Discoloration On Fingertips With Shaking Hands In A Child Be Sress Related?

The patient is a 7 year old girl, that has recently developed a bruising discoloration and what looks like swollen spots on most of her fingertips. This symptom also has appeared on her toes . For the past two years she has been experiencing tics (involuntary shrugging of her shoulders). She has just recently also been struggling with her hands shaking. She has seen a neurologist, who believes the tics are stress related. Any advice is welcome.
