Could Burning Sensation During Urination Be Due To Anti Allergens?

I went to bed perfectly fine last night but this morning when I used the restroom I had a tingling sensation and when I was done urinating I had a weird mild burning sensation. I users the restroom a few hours later and the same thing happen but this time I noticed sporting. I have been taking lots of allergy related medicines and cough medicines can that be the reason?
