Could Burning Sensation In Abdomen Be Due To Palafer Iron Syrup?

Hi there! My problem is burning sensation in my stomach, i had a tuna fish sandwich last night it gave a burning feeling in my stomach, or if i drink fresh orange juice, depending it could be lentil soup, i just dont no. It started by my doctor giving me iron syrup its called palaler, Could that be the problem .
