Could Causes Bleeding In Nose Along With Headaches Post Concussion?

Daughter had severe concussion about 3 weeks ago playing basketball. Her head bounced on hardwood She has been improving and has gone from an 88 percent affected to a 27 affected on her computerized concussion testing. Last night she got a nose bleed in middle if night. Nose bless have never been a problem before. She is still having headaches.
