Could Chemotherapy Cause Hardening Of Skin Around Heart?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here... a friend of mine tells me she has a hardening of the skin around her heart due to chemotherapy done on her in the 70's when she was a child and that they want to strip off the hardened skin from the heart .... is this really possible???
