Could Chest Pain, Headaches And Nausea Be Due To Withdrawal Of Caffeine?

I have a history of High Blood Pressure, I have not had problems with it for 4 years now until I went and drank coffee constantly for 3 days. My blood pressure lowered and I was fine until late at night that day, I started to have some chest pains. I went to bed and woke up having a small headache, nausea, and my left arm tingling just a little bit. I don't know if this caffeine withdrawal or something else.
