Could Chest Twinges Along With Metallic Taste In Mouth Be Due To Mild Panic Attack?

Hi, I feel as though I may have suffered a mild panic attack. I have chest twinges, a metallic, almost salty taste in my mouth and I feel as though the blood has rushed to my head. I feel as though i am upside down with regards to the blood rush feeling.
