Could Chilblains In Feet Be Related To Blood Clots In Liver?

I have been diagnosed with blood clots in my liver and have been put in warfarin to counteract this. I have recently noticed that I have chilblains on my feet. Are these related? In addition, I am being tested for suspected bike duct cancer/disease. Thanks
