Could Children Avoiding Father Be Due To Borderline Personality Disorder?

Okay...this is a psychological question...My 36 year old son will let me Skype with my grandchildren, but won't show his face, call me or otherwise talk to me. He married someone from Taiwan who may be a BPD (not bi-polar but borderline personality disorder and he has changed who he used to be to accommodate her. What can I do?
