Could Chills, Joint Pain And Light Headedness Be The Symptoms Of Flu?

I think I have the flu along with dehydration. No fever is present but I have chills, joint pain, I feel light headed, and I'm drinking plenty of fluids (i.e. gatoraid, propel mixed with water and cup-of-noodles). i still have an appetite but my symptoms are causing my fibromyalgia to flare up. is there anything else I can do to stay hydrated?
