Could Chronic Abdominal Pain Be Due To Lung Cancer?

I have been having very bad pain the last two weeks and getting worse. The pains re my right and left side of my abdominal, and now in the middle of my stomach. My husband and I are very up set as he has lung cancer. I think this is what may be causing it. Can you help I m not getting any sleep.
