Could Clear Milky Discharge From Nipple With HPT Negative Indicate Pregnancy?

Hi, my husband and I have been trying to get pregnant for a few months now. This month my period is 2 weeks late. I took a pregnancy test at 1 week late and another one yesterday at 2 weeks late. Both tests have been negative but now my right nipple is leaking a clear milky discharge. Could this mean I am pregnant?
