Could Clear Vaginal Discharge Be Due To Myometrial Cysts?

I m 57, menopause since 9 years, I developed vaginal discharge, clear thin mucous without any other symptoms. Abdominal and transvaginal sonar showed few myometrial fundic cysts, the largest3×2mm, small amount of clear fluid upper vagina, everything otherwise normal. I have positive family history of different malignancies. What is possible diagnosis and is there other investigations to be done? Thanks
