Could Clear Vaginal Discharge With Brown Streaks Be Due To PCOS?

helli so i have pcos i wentnto fertility clinic for a little bit but stopped and havent been back for 6 months now..... for the first 4 months i got regular periods at 33 days in a cycle for those 4 months my last period was dec 18 two days ago i started having brown discharge for the first day but it only happened 2 times threw the day today ive had clear discharge with little stringy peices of brown streaks in the clear discharge? could it be my pcos playing with me or should i do a hpt? i really dont want to test and get my hopes up so i want to know if anything else could cause this
