Could Cold Sweats, Body Pains And Pain In Chest Be Symptoms Of Hodgkin S Lymphoma?

My son had Hodgkins Lymphoma in 2008 at the age of 24. He had chemotherapy. He is now 31 and is experiencing cold sweats. quite significant body aches, pain in the chest with deep breaths or with bending or twisting. He doesn t seem to have a fever. His appetite is diminished. His oncologist has retired. His last CT scan was 2 years ago. Do we have cause to be concerned - or what other symptoms should we check.
