Could Compressible Lump On Face Be Lymphoma?

a few days ago, on monday to be specific, i noticed a hard round bump on my face. at first i thought it was just an inside pimple but it is now thursday and it hasnt mattured. it doesnt hurt much, only when i press down hard on it, but when i do that it flattens greating a ring around the original bump. Is this a lipoma?
