Could Confused Thoughts Along With Headaches Be Due To Dietary Supplement Lipodrene?

I was taking a dietary supplement lipodrene for almost a month and then I stopped taking it and had major headaches and was hospitalized, and now my mind has a struggle with telling what's real and what's not and I don't have control over my thoughts, what is wrong with me?
